Walterstan Weekly Feast

From now on, Walter has authorized the weekly feasting to take place within the city limits of Walterton, SW, Walterstan. This is open to everybody within STiBaRC MC and will ease public relations between other countries. In addition to this, a new border customs establishment has been made on the bridge, near completion. This will act as a filter for whomever may be passing the bridge without authorization.
