the 30 minute cold war:
we walterians should not fear, for i and our citizens have prevented a hot war from happening. a resident started protesting but was dealt with peacefully and only 1 injury was reported. this man shall not be named.

courthouse progress slow but steady:
they are working hard like good walterians. do not harass them, for the war slowed them down.

bar building progress report:
slowed due to the war but still steady.
