Despite Bringer116 actually winning with two total votes (anyone else only received 1, if any), through illegal bribes (brownies), Aldeenyo is the first and new STiBaRC president.
His responsibilities:
*Tranishing, disrupting, or otherwise ruining STiBaRC's public reputation
*Bringing people on the app and advertising
*Nothing else
His powers/abilities
*Nothing above a regular user. This is only a title.
*Bragging rights that he rigged the system and cheated
