STiBaRC on ToS;DR

STiBaRC has been preliminarily added to ToS;DR. ToS;DR provides summaries of Terms of Service and similar documents that users normally ignore. Although STiBaRC's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy are relatively simple, it's hard to beat a bullet point list. The latest version of their browser extension will list all the currently added terms. It's not gotten final approval and grading yet, but when it does, it will get a letter badge and will also be a factor when calculating DuckDuckGo's Privacy Grade.
