Anon restrictions on STiBaRC & Third Party Clients

Like the name, Anon is an anonymous account created mysteriously one day. You can find the login information for Anon on it's first post.

Anyways, just in case you did not know, STiBaRC restricts you on the server side from changing some settings of the account (such as password).

Third Party clients can also further restrict the Anon account from accessing certain features. For example, on ASTiW, Anon cannot use Messenger or access the Edit Profile panel.

On Aurora, certain pages will display "Some settings are managed by your administrator" in places Anon has either limited or no access to. In addition to server restrictions, Anon cannot access Aurora Messenger and most of Settings.

Anon is hardly used these days, but just be aware that the account does not have as much "freedom" as a normal one. This can be solved by obviously creating a STiBaRC account!

Just remember that third party clients can add more restrictions to Anon as ASTiW and Aurora heavily restrict Anon from using certain features that it can on STiBaRC.

Anon out, happy posting.
